How to Increase Pageviews to your Articles

Published by hanagem at 7:31 am under marketing tips Edit This

If you have submitted your articles to writing sites that pay from pageviews, you need to promote your articles actively. I must say that I have been very, very lazy when it comes to advertising my articles. Sometimes I do it this month and forget about it for the next few months, until I find my earnings falling. Then I get back up and start promoting all over again. Problem is I can’t remember where I left off the last time I promoted my articles. So I begin all over again.

It’s the end of the year. Maybe people are busy with Thanksgiving celebrations and shopping for Christmas and all. Maybe that’s why they are not online to read my articles. LOL! I have been getting very few pageviews for them. So I have decided to spend December promoting my articles without adding more to my repertoire, to see if it would work to increase my earnings.

I have promoted my articles to various social bookmarking and networking sites since I began promoting my articles. I pick one of them each day and start submitting my article URL and details to them. It takes a long time to complete all 98 articles that I have at Triond. It takes more than an hour but I think it is worth it. So far, I have used Ask.com, del.icio.us, Facebook, Google Bookmarks and Yahoo Buzz. Thus far, I see my earnings increase on average and I’m quite happy with the development. I will continue to promote my articles to these sites and then move on to other article submission sites that I have yet to check out. How about you? Which sites do you use to promote your articles?
